For climbers and club members interested in continuing their addiction through the colder months, try out ice climbing! This event will provide climbers the chance to develop their skills over three days of top roping on easy and moderate ice climbs under the supervision of experienced ice climbers. On Sunday, weather and leaders-comfort dependent, there will be the opportunity for new climbers to get some exposure on multi-pitch ice climbs.
Participants will be required to organize their own gear: two ice tools appropriate for ice climbing, (not mountaineering), crampons, appropriate boots and clothing.
