This clinic will teach climbers technique to help them begin working on crack technique. This will include tips for taping to minimize discomfort, working hands and feet along a crack, and most importantly, staying in! We'll start off by briefly discussing the importance of maintaining a good center of gravity before moving on to review specific upper body, lower body, footwork, and resting techniques. Lessons learned at this clinic will help climbers improve their performance on crack climbs. We have a 10 participant maximum. The clinic is open to members in good standing, meaning those with paid up dues and a liability waiver on file - go ahead and get these in if you'd like to sign up!
