Clinic Overview: This clinic will teach climbers technique to help them master overhanging climbs. This will include tips for conserving energy, lengthening reach, and keeping your feet on the wall. We'll start off by briefly discussing the importance of maintaining a good center of gravity before moving on to review specific upper body, lower body, footwork, and resting techniques. Lessons learned at this clinic will help climbers improve their performance on both overhung boulders and roped climbs.
