For climbers who are club members and interested in continuing their addiction through the colder months, try out ice climbing! This event will provide climbers the chance to develop their skills over two days of top roping on easy and moderate ice climbs under the supervision of experienced ice climbers. On Sunday, weather and leaders-comfort dependent, there will be the opportunity for new climbers to get some exposure on multi-pitch ice climbs.

Participants will be required to organize their own gear: two ice tools appropriate for ice climbing, (not mountaineering), crampons, appropriate boots and clothing. The club has gear available to borrow, so if you need gear, contact to coordinate before you leave!
