Time for our Crystal City Women’s Monthly Gym Meet Up! This is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, femme, or trans with a Movement gym membership (even if Crystal City isn’t your usual gym) or day passes are available for purchase.

Meet outside the yoga room @ 9:30 am. We’ll then do a group warmup and split up into climbing partners. Please reach out with any questions!
