Club Status

As of December 2025, the Club is now formally separated from the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. Under the name Potomac Mountain Club we are now a Section 501(c)(7)  non-profit incorporated in Maryland.

Liability Waivers

As a consequence of our new Club status members need to sign an online waiver in order to register for events. Please do this when you login.

Typically, when you join the club or renew your membership, you will be prompted to sign a new waiver which will be good for a year.

Quarterly Club Meetings

The next Quarterly meeting will be our Annual meeting when we elect a new Excom. This will be held at Sportrock Rio in Gaithersburg Saturday Jan 24 2026 from 10am – 12pm. Details are here
