Quarterly Club Meeting Saturday October 31 – Sportrock Rio

Annapolis Rocks TR + Trad Climbing Saturday August 22

Annapolis Rocks offers good quality toproping and moderate trad climbing near Boonsboro, MD.  To sign up for this trip, you’ll need to be able to belay and preferably have outdoor climbing experience.  Annapolis Rocks is an hour’s walk along the Appalachian Trail from the parking spot which is about 1 1/2 hours drive from Washington. Daks Ice Climbing & Backcountry Skiing MLK Weekend 15 – 18 Jan 2027

Over the 2027 MLK Weekend, PATC-MS is returning to the family-owned Rock and River in the Adirondacks for a weekend of ice climbing, back country skiing, and snowshoeing. Hidden Rocks Sunday August 23 [Rescheduled]

This is a day trip on Sunday August 23 to the  Hidden Rocks area which is 15 miles south west of Harrisonburg and 2 1/2 hours drive from Washington DC.  There are five sandstone crags offering sport and trad climbing up to 70ft and some limited toproping.
