Jill Barclay, Mountaineering Conditioning (M-Con) alum and Evoke Endurance athlete, will talk about what it takes to go from a beginner mountaineer to standing on the slopes of Denali. Learn about Jill’s journey starting out as a novice in PATC-MS to tackling one of North America’s most challenging peaks. She’ll discuss how she built the strength and muscular endurance necessary for an expedition requiring 40-50 pounds of snacks. This talk will offer practical insights, lessons learned, and inspiration for tackling your own big mountain goals.
