Sarah Yun is an AMGA Guide with Blue Ridge Mountain Guides, Wilderness First Responder, holistic nutrition consultant, mother, and former yoga instructor and social worker. She has truly done (and is still doing) it all! Sarah will explore a holistic approach to managing our performance before, during and after an objective. Success requires awareness and management of multiple factors of stress including food, sleep, partnership/teamwork and life. Learn how the ways in which we prepare our lives physically and emotionally prior to an objective have a direct impact on the outcome. This topic will include a framework of how to eat, breathe and rest so that when stress hits our bodies, we have the tools and confidence to manage it productively with grit and growth!
