Annapolis Rocks TR + Trad Climbing Sunday September 20 (rescheduled)

Annapolis Rocks offers good quality toproping and moderate trad climbing near Boonsboro, MD.  To sign up for this trip, you’ll need to be able to belay and preferably have outdoor climbing experience.  Annapolis Rocks is an hour’s walk along the Appalachian Trail from the parking spot which is about 1 1/2 hours drive from Washington. This is a top roping trip to a local area – Great Falls/Sugarloaf/Annapolis Rocks/Thurmont Watershed on September 26 or 27 Great Falls is in Virginia and the other three destinations are in Maryland and  all offer 40 – 50ft routes on good rock. Chili Cook Off – Seneca Rocks Oct 16-18th 2026
